What You’ll Be Packing Into Your Day

In this role, you’ll be the glue that keeps our system (Opus Flow) accurate and up-to-date, representing the movements of our MDR (Material Disposition Report) and refurbished stock. You’ll track everything from the nitty-gritty financials to purchase order data, making sure nothing falls through the cracks. When it comes to repairs, you’ll work directly with refurbishment companies, arranging the fixes and collections, and ensuring smooth transport to and from our field technicians. You won’t just be following processes, you’ll be creating them. You’ll develop detailed documentation for each stock article, outlining refurbishment possibilities to keep our supply chain flowing. And when it’s time to scrap non-repairable items, you’ll handle it in line with local regulations, so everything stays above board. Plus, you’ll be the driver behind our new red MDR process for warranty claims, making sure every part gets the attention it deserves.

  • Experience: Previous experience working in a stock warehouse and a solid understanding of material management.
  • Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable learning new systems like Opus Flow and have advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Mobility: A full driver’s license and a valid passport are a must; you never know where the job might take you!
  • Hands-On: Physically capable of handling, packing, and unpacking stock articles with ease.
  • Location: You’re based close to Coalville, making the commute to our warehouse a breeze.

Your Secret Weapons

  • Top-notch communication skills that help you build strong relationships both inside and outside the warehouse.
