We’re seeking an Operations Engineer with expertise in one or more of the following Senvion, Enercon, Gamesa or Nordex turbines to join our mission of maintaining and optimizing wind energy operations. Your Mission: Empower Wind Energy Operations

As an Operations Engineer , you’ll be a cornerstone of our operations, working to ensure our wind turbines operate at peak performance. Whether you’re analysing data, managing maintenance schedules, or collaborating with teams, your expertise will directly impact our ability to deliver clean, reliable energy.

What You’ll Be Handling Day-to-Day

Turbine Performance & Maintenance

• Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform advanced maintenance.
• Provide technical advice to technicians and other departments within the organisation.
• Optimize turbine performance using data-driven insights and advanced diagnostics.
• Provide remote and on-site support in turbine maintenance, troubleshooting, retrofits and main components tasks.
• Assist the main components team with technical support including assisting with CDM requirements.

Operations Coordination

• Develop and maintain maintenance documentation.
• Collaborate with service teams and control room operators for seamless turbine monitoring and issue resolution.
• Implement and oversee continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing error analysis and performance metrics.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and technical insights.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely solutions and maintaining high service standards.

Safety First, Always

• Develop and maintain suites of AWP’s & RAMS on turbine technologies within the scope of AE authorization.
• Adhere to and enforce industry safety protocols, ensuring a risk-free working environment.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards for onshore wind turbine operations.

What You Bring to the Table

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience with Senvion, Enercon, Gamesa or Nordex turbine systems.
• Strong background in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• SVQ/NVQ 3 in engineering or equivalent technical certification.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an Authorizing Engineer (WTSR) or 5 years as an Authorized Technician (WTSR).

Skills & Attributes

• Expertise in data analysis, error diagnostics, and operational optimization.
• Proficient in technical documentation, troubleshooting tools, and software systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.

Must-Haves

• Valid driver’s license.
