At Full Circle, our Control Room is the beating heart of our operations, monitoring over 700 wind turbines and coordinating field actions. The Control Room Team Leader UK Remote provides day‑to‑day leadership, operational support, and escalation management within the Control Room team.
Key Responsibilities
- Escalation Management: Act as an additional escalation point for customer issues and more complex cases.
- Team Support: Support team members with day‑to‑day queries and provide guidance where needed.
- Workload Oversight: Maintain close oversight of task completion, workloads, and priorities across the team.
- Action Tracking: Improve visibility of outstanding actions and ensure follow‑ups are completed.
- Operational Delivery: Continue working operationally within existing shift patterns while taking on additional leadership responsibilities.
