Salary: Main scale/Upper scale (fringe) + TLR1.1 Β£10,174

We are seeking to appoint a Head of Year to impact positively in this middle leadership position. As Head of Year, you will be responsible for managing the achievement, progress and pastoral provision for a specific year group and will lead a team of tutors.

Fullbrook is a successful and highly popular mixed 11-18 Academy classified as β€˜Good’ by Ofsted in March 2022. We have a centralised behaviour system allowing teachers to focus on the thing they love; teaching our aspirational students. Our culture is friendly and supportive with a strong commitment to staff wellbeing and development. We have an active social calendar, including end of year trips, staff sporting fixtures and access to a free gym onsite.
