Do you have an interest in supporting young people? We are seeking to appoint a progress mentor to work within the learning support department supporting our students. You will be part of an amazing team with a deep commitment to delivering excellent results and helping students achieve their potential. The role provides practical and specialised support for students who have communication, cognition and learning; behavioural, emotional and social; or physical/sensory difficulties. Main duties include:
- Planning and delivering interventions to small groups or individual students
- Liaising with teaching staff about the needs and support of specific students
- Supporting and implementing the whole school policies relating to behaviour.
