The Regional Outreach Representative is responsible for establishing and cultivating relationships on behalf of Full Sail University in the Bristol area. This role involves conducting onsite and virtual recruitment workshops, delivering marketing presentations, participating in community events, and supporting the education community.
Must live in or near Bristol, UK. The representative must have a passion for people, higher education, and the entertainment media industry. Candidates should be self-motivated, exercise independent judgment, and possess excellent facilitation, presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as a university ambassador, maintaining integrity, professionalism, and compliance.
- Develop regional networks through engagement with educational institutions, local businesses, and alumni.
- Conduct 15–20 onsite and virtual recruitment activities per month.
- Deliver interactive recruitment experiences and presentations.
- Attend regional college fairs, community events, and other outreach activities.
- Explain educational programs and student services to prospective students and the community.
- Collaborate with tour and international teams for regional events.
- Support outreach initiatives and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Travel as required, with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Other Responsibilities:
- Maintain knowledge of all educational offerings.
- Document communications and activities in CRM.
- Plan and confirm recruitment activities in advance.
- Assist with campus outreach and events as needed.
- Complete expense reports regularly.

Physical and Environmental Demands:

- May need to lift up to 30 pounds.
