Full Time | Based in Ruscombe, Berkshire / Hybrid Site-Based Role (with UK travel and occasional international work)
At Full Production Limited, we specialise in delivering creative technical production across live events, immersive experiences, installations, broadcast, and entertainment projects. Based from our office and workshop in Ruscombe, Berkshire, this role combines workshop preparation, on-site project delivery, and remote working where appropriate. No two weeks (or projects) are ever quite the same, and that’s exactly how we like it. One week you could be preparing equipment for a live event, the next installing show systems into a permanent venue, commissioning control systems, supporting a live broadcast, or helping deliver something completely bespoke. Our projects take us everywhere from venues and attractions to live events, broadcast environments, and installation sites across the UK and beyond.
This is a hands-on technical role working across both live events and installation projects. You’ll support projects through all stages including:
- Equipment preparation and testing
- Workshop organisation and project packing
- Installation and commissioning on site
- Technical setup and operation for live events
- System integration for installation projects
- Fault finding and maintenance
- Loading, logistics and site support
- Supporting the wider project and design teams
Projects range from theatre, attractions and visitor experiences through to corporate events, touring productions, temporary installations and broadcast environments.
We’re far more interested in attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn than ticking every single box. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience within live events, entertainment technology or AV installations
- Good practical and technical understanding
- Confidence working with equipment and tools
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive and proactive approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A willingness to travel and work flexible hours
- Full UK driving licence preferred
Useful experience might include:
- Lighting, audio or video systems
- Networking and show control
- Rigging or stage technologies
- VWX and/or visualisation software
- IT and troubleshooting skills
We’re a small team doing big projects. That means you’ll get genuine hands-on involvement, responsibility, and exposure to a huge range of technologies and environments – not just one narrow role. We invest heavily in equipment, infrastructure and people, and we’re proud of the reputation we’ve built for delivering technically solid, creative work. You’ll be joining a team that values:
- Professionalism without ego
- Problem solving
- Creativity
- Attention to detail
- Looking after each other
- Doing things properly
