Full Mix Marketing is seeking a graphic designer to help with our continued growth. Established in 2016, we’re a successful full service B2B marketing agency, providing all the strategic, digital and creative marketing our clients need. We deliver marketing for industry-leading businesses involved in areas including aerospace, horticulture, medical science, renewable energy, international logistics and new technology. We work long-term with our clients, becoming a true extension of their team and helping to shape their marketing to deliver the results they need.
The Role
This is an adaptable role which the successful candidate can help to shape. You might be someone with fresh ideas – looking for an opportunity to grow your skills and gain experience in a full-time role in a supportive environment. Alternatively, you could be an experienced designer – keen to find a role which appreciates your skills or enables you to work part-time. Whatever your background, you’ll work closely with all your colleagues to help create and curate the visual elements of marketing for our clients. You’ll also have an option to develop other skills (e.g. digital marketing, content marketing) and explore new technology (e.g. AI tools). Both full-time and part-time applications are welcome. This is an office-based role in Norwich.

Essential
- Strong creativity and design skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Good understanding of the principles of marketing
- Well organised and able to effectively plan your own workload
- Adaptive, dependable and keen to develop
Desirable
- Experience of graphic design in a commercial or agency environment
- Design or marketing related qualification
- Skills in Canva, Figma or similar creative software
- Content/copywriting skills or experience
- Web design, development or coding skills or experience
- Animation, video or other new media skills or experience
