An experienced maintenance handyman is required for Central London NW1 asap. Works are initially scheduled for 4- 6 weeks with the potential to lead on. Duties include day-to-day maintenance with bathrooms/kitchen in a clean educational environment, measuring-up and fitting worktops and toilet seats, general basic carpentry duties. Applicants must have relevant experience, a valid skills card, own tools plus a valid Asbestos Awareness certificate
