Experienced domestic plumber/multi-trades with own van is required asap for a long-term housing retrofit in Hackney. Duties include:
- Shower service
- Shower head and replacement
- Unblock shower waste
- Leak investigations
- Pump servicing
- Replacement of full Mira shower units
- Adaptions and grab bar installation
Applicants require at least 4 years plumbing work history, experience of aids, adaptions and repairs contracts. 6 x scheduled repairs/day, as booked by the office team to be conducted in occupied properties - therefore excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as well as technical proficiency with handheld devices. City&Guilds/blue skills card, own van and tools are also required, plus a full, clean UK driving licence.
