The main purpose of your role as a Field Sales Executive is to sell and promote Fibre broadband door to door. You’ll be responsible for helping to drive our continued growth in the towns and communities served by our full fibre network. You will be going door-to-door and working at events promoting the benefits of our full fibre broadband to residents. It will be your job to effectively identify and close sales opportunities. You will also be responsible for developing a pipeline of potential future B2C sales and trying to levy referrals and endorsements.

With a huge increase in the number of homes ready for service scheduled for next year, this is a huge opportunity to capitalise on some of FullFibre's top emerging markets.

Job Requirements

We’re seeking proactive and experienced sales professionals who thrive in face-to-face environments and are passionate about bringing high-speed broadband to communities. If you have a background in direct sales and are eager to make a real impact, this role is perfect for you. The ideal candidate would have experience in direct face-to-face sales within the energy or telecoms industry. Must have a valid full UK Driver’s Licence. Experience of lone working. You’ll have excellent diary management and organisational skills. You’ll possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. You’ll be self-motivated and target driven. Willing to go that extra mile. Available to work between 10:00-19:00 (Mon to Fri).

Job Responsibilities

  • Door-to-door selling into ever expanding territories
  • Day to day engagement with both existing and potential clients
  • Gaining referrals, endorsements and introductions from existing customers
  • Effectively identifying and closing new sales opportunities
  • Daily updating of our customer and prospect databases
  • Customer expectation management
  • High quality customer care
  • Assisting in co-ordinated promotional events
  • Work with team members to develop sales protocols to drive new business opportunities
