We are looking for a passionate and creative PR Account Executive to work across our culture, brand and experience portfolio spanning food, drink, music, tech and FMCG brands. The role is part of the PR Hub at Full Fat, delivering the day-to-day execution of PR campaigns. If you're an ambitious, creative, proactive, organised and media-obsessed individual who works well in a fast-paced environment and loves the art of storytelling, this role is for you.
Full Fat is a culture-led creative and communications agency creating movements that connect deeply, add value to communities and deliver lasting impact. Working across live events, music, food and drink, fashion, travel and art, the agency helps brands resonate in culture through insight-led strategy, behavioural science, and culture-first storytelling.
The role involves:
- Supporting Account Managers in executing media outreach across assigned accounts
- Building and maintaining media lists, researching journalist contacts and tracking coverage
- Confidently developing and pitching feature ideas and news stories to journalists
- Drafting initial press releases, media alerts and pitch emails for review
- Writing compelling copy for a range of media and client-facing purposes: emails, letters, briefings, meeting agendas, press releases, competition copy and newsletters
- Monitoring media for coverage, competitor activity and newsjacking opportunities
- Understanding and running programmes of media promotional activity, such as competitions and sampling offers
- Supporting event logistics: press days, launches, activations, media immersions, press accreditation, on-site interviews, photo calls, press conferences and training days
- Attending press and consumer-facing events, representing clients and Full Fat to a high standard
- Assisting in client liaison: writing status updates, meeting follow-up notes, planning for and participating in client calls
- Compiling coverage reports, media round-ups and evaluating client coverage
- Keeping the PR hub admin running: media databases, contact records, filing
- Contributing ideas in brainstorms, campaign planning and new business pitches
