Responsibilities

  • Guide the team through maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
  • Ensure turbines operate at peak performance.
  • Work hands‑on to solve mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Collaborate with remote support to analyse data and improve operations.
  • Mentor fellow technicians on wind turbine‑specific issues.

Requirements

  • Level 3 Electrical/Mechanical qualification or equivalent work experience in the wind industry.
  • Wind Turbine Troubleshooting Experience (essential).
  • Experience resolving issues identified during walk‑downs.
  • Comfortable with travel to various sites.
  • Full UK driver’s license and ability to travel internationally when required.
  • Physically fit, comfortable working at heights.
  • Willingness to participate in a weekend on‑call rota.
