You don’t just troubleshoot—you solve problems before they even have the chance to slow us down, ensuring our turbines keep catching the wind with minimal downtime.

Maybe a turbine needs an urgent repair, and you’re ready to jump into action, swapping out parts and ensuring everything is back up and running smoothly. What You’ll Need to Soar:

• A valid driver’s license (because you’ll need to chase the wind).
• A high school diploma or equivalent; extra points if you have additional technical training.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems in wind turbines.
• Comfort working at heights and in all kinds of weather—rain, shine, or gusty days.
• Experience in maintenance and repair, especially in renewable energy, is a big plus.
• Proficiency with technical manuals, diagnostic tools, and equipment.
• A solid commitment to safety, always.
