Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the refurbishment process for defective parts and maintain accurate records in the Opus Flow system.
  • Track material disposition reports (MDR), purchase order data, financials, and refurbishment status.
  • Coordinate with refurbishment companies to arrange fixes, collections, and transport of parts to and from field technicians.
  • Create and improve processes, prepare detailed documentation for each stock article, and handle scrapping in line with local regulations.
  • Support the new red MDR process for warranty claims.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a stock warehouse with solid material management knowledge.
  • Comfortable learning new systems like Opus Flow and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • A full driver’s licence and a valid passport.
  • Physically capable of handling, packing, and unpacking stock articles.
  • Based close to Coalville for convenient commute.
  • Passion for process improvement and efficient operation.
  • Strong communication skills for building relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure and deliver creative solutions.
