Your Role

Enhance the EWT platform expertise and guide the team through maintenance and troubleshooting tasks. Operate turbines, resolve mechanical and electrical issues, and collaborate with remote support to analyze data and improve operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform hands‑on turbine maintenance and repair.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues identified during walk‑downs.
  • Support remote teams by analyzing operational data.
  • Mentor junior technicians and share technical knowledge.
  • Participate in weekend on‑call rota as required.

Requirements

  • Level 3 Electrical/Mechanical qualification or equivalent wind industry experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting wind turbines is essential.
  • Comfortable traveling to multiple sites and a full UK driver’s licence.
  • Ability to travel internationally when required.
  • Physically fit and able to work at heights.
  • Availability for weekend on‑call shifts.
