Key Responsibilities
- Drive the refurbishment process for defective parts and maintain accurate records in the Opus Flow system.
- Track material disposition reports (MDR), purchase order data, financials, and refurbishment status.
- Coordinate with refurbishment companies to arrange fixes, collections, and transport of parts to and from field technicians.
- Create and improve processes, prepare detailed documentation for each stock article, and handle scrapping in line with local regulations.
- Support the new red MDR process for warranty claims.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a stock warehouse with solid material management knowledge.
- Comfortable learning new systems like Opus Flow and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- A full driver’s licence and a valid passport.
- Physically capable of handling, packing, and unpacking stock articles.
- Based close to Coalville for convenient commute.
- Passion for process improvement and efficient operation.
- Strong communication skills for building relationships internally and externally.
