As an IRATA Level 1 or 2, you will be part of a team of Blade Technicians conducting high quality maintenance and repairs on turbines with safety at the forefront and centre.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance, Repair & Rope access Supervision
- Perform basic and complex repairs on wind turbine blades via rope access.
- Maintain a high level of safety and attention to detail whilst conducting blade repairs.
- Apply isolations as per AWPs to turbines (training given).
- Produce repairs reports.
- Level 1 or 2 IRATA certificate.
- You have a valid driver's license.
- You have completed a GWO blade repair course.
- On date GWOs with advanced hub rescue – Sea Survival not needed.
- Demonstrate the potential and willingness to learn new techniques or take on extra training.
- Previous blade repair and rope access experience.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
- Highly organised and able to work under pressure.
- LAT or AT status held on any brand of turbine a bonus.
- Rotation pattern – 2 weeks on 1 week off.
- Start date March 2026.
- Location – UK wide.
- Travel, Accommodation PPE and overnight allowance paid by us.
