As a Control Room Operator, you're the backbone of our Wind Turbine Squad. Picture yourself as the vigilant guardian, overseeing the global performance of our turbines. Your mission? Monitor, equip on-site Technicians, troubleshoot issues remotely, and gather all necessary information to report back to our customers. Your insights will be the wind beneath their wings (or turbines, in this case).

What you'll do:

  • Monitor our wind turbines worldwide and escalate all important system alerts.
  • Assist and/or supervise service activities performed by colleagues and/or third parties.
  • Remotely troubleshoot alarms and warnings like a digital detective, cracking the code to turbine tranquillity.
  • Communicate with customers, technicians, and Remote Technical Support to coordinate tasks and mitigate doubts.
  • Keep Service-related records up to date, creating a culture where every hiccup turns into a valuable lesson.
  • Conduct wind turbine performance analyses, transforming data into insights using our “supervisory control and data acquisition” (SCADA) system.
  • Be the maestro of customer contact, orchestrating seamless interactions that leave everyone cheering for an encore.
  • Bring your expertise in work structures and efficiencies to help the team navigate growth smoothly.
