Junior Electrical Engineer\\n\\nLocation: Leeds\\n\\nAbout the Client:\\n\\nOur Client, a growing mechanical, electrical and process engineering firm that spans various sectors including the Water industry and Energy from Waste, is seeking a Permanent Junior Electrical Engineer to join their team. Working on design and build projects, you’ll see projects through from conception to completion. This is an opportunity to work on impactful projects that contribute to sustainability and environmental innovation through the Water and Energy from Waste sectors.\\n\\nOur Client is keen to welcome a broad range of applicants, whether you have a degree in electrical engineering, or HNC / ONC qualifications.
Our Client also values the unique skills, discipline, and leadership experience that come from serving in the armed forces. Alternatively, you might be looking to move away from ‘the tools’ and secure a more office-based role as an Engineer, we’d like to hear from you too. Based in the Client’s office in Leeds, this is a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience working alongside an experienced team and under the guidance and mentorship of the Director.\\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n\\n * Develop and design electrical systems and components for various projects.\\n\\n * Oversee and manage projects from initial design through to completion, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery, under the guidance of senior engineers.\\n\\n * Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications, with support and mentorship.\\n\\n * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical and process engineers, to ensure cohesive project integration.\\n\\n * Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.\\n\\n * Provide technical support and expertise throughout the project lifecycle.\\n\\n * Troubleshoot and resolve electrical engineering issues as they arise.\\n\\n * Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and provide regular progress updates.\\n\\nDesirable Qualifications:\\n\\n * Degree in Electrical Engineering or HNC / ONC qualifications in Electrical Engineering.\\n\\n * Experience working on design and build projects in the Water industry or Energy from Waste sectors would be highly advantageous.\\n\\n * Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and components.\\n\\n * Proficiency in using engineering software and tools for design and analysis.\\n\\n * Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\\n\\n * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.\\n\\n * Prior experience in a consulting engineering firm would be advantageous.\\n\\nFull Circle Technical are acting as an employment business and employment agency.
