Job Summary

The Driving, Warehouse and Packaging Assistant will be a dual role, supporting the Warehouse and Delivery Manager and also supporting the packaging team. Warehouse and driving duties may include preparing and fulfilling orders, stock take, stock movements from brewery to warehouse and delivering beer locally. Assisting the packaging team could include canning, kegging, bottling, cask washing/filling and palletising operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent attention to detail, physical stamina, driving experience and a passion for the craft beer industry and good customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse duties including stock take, pallet preparation, order fulfilling, driving or assisting with local deliveries and stock movements between brewery and storage warehouse.
  • Assist in the packaging operations, including canning, bottling, casking, labelling, and kegging processes.
  • Operate packaging machinery and equipment, including but not limited to keg washer/filler, cask washer, labelling machines, Casking and CIP kit.
  • Monitor packaging materials inventory and communicate with the supervisor for timely reordering.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the packaging and warehouse areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, audits.
  • Assist in general brewery duties as needed, such as cleaning equipment, brewery CIP, organizing inventory, loading and unloading deliveries and preparing pallets.

Additional Duties may include:

  • Assisting Dry Hopping
  • Represent the Full Circle at festivals, events and tastings (sometimes during evenings and weekends)
  • Data entry to brewing software
  • Stock take and movement

Please note that this is a physically demanding role. The successful candidate will be handling cases, kegs and barrels regularly. The role will involve driving the company van to various locations so please only apply if you have a British issued driving licence and are happy driving in unfamiliar and busy town centres.
