Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager to take ownership of an existing product that is currently under development. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and maintaining the complete product roadmap, aligning business objectives with customer needs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of product features and releases. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution, working closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success, and executive leadership to deliver a market-leading product.

- Product Strategy & Vision
- Take ownership of the overall product vision, strategy, and direction.

- Define product workflows, user journeys, and feature requirements.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
- Product Development & Delivery
- Work closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning activities.

- Go-To-Market & Product Launches
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies.

- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead collaboration between engineering, UX/UI, QA, sales, marketing, operations, and customer success teams.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a related role.
- Proven experience managing software products through multiple development and release cycles.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.
- Experience creating and managing product roadmaps and backlogs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working closely with software engineering and UX teams.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing SaaS, AI, cloud, enterprise, fintech, telecom, cybersecurity, or digital platform products.
- Experience with product analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Productboard, Figma, Miro, or similar tools.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- MBA or relevant product management certifications are a plus.
