About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Process supplier and miscellaneous payments using HSBC Net and Sage.
  • Reconcile payments against invoices and cashbooks, ensuring everything balances correctly.

  • Manage invoices received by email and ensure they are correctly recorded.
  • Handle corporate card expenses.
