As we continue to scale our business, we are seeking an organised and proactive individual to join our team as Vendor Inspection Senior Coordinator in Aberdeen, UK.

The Vendor Inspection Senior Coordinator is primarily responsible for the sourcing, selection, placement and management of assigned Fulkrum Vendor Inspection Personnel in the Energy industry. The ideal candidate will have experience as QC Coordinator, Vendor Inspection Coordinator or Quality Coordinator in Oil & Gas and Energy sector working with major EPC companies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handling client requests for the provision of QA/QC, Engineering, Project support, site and office-based personnel
  • Liaising with Clients on the proposal, interview, selection and placement of candidates
  • Issuing successful candidates with information pertaining to their obligations, responsibilities and deliverables for the duration of the assignment
  • Sourcing candidates to match client requirements and, where applicable, preparing candidates for interview by providing project/commodity-related information
  • Advise candidates where reports/performance/timekeeping, etc., are not adhered to
  • Provide candidate performance updates upon the request of the Operations Manager
  • Managing Fulkrum/Candidate relations by means of ‘care calls’ during candidate assignment
  • Be commercially aware when negotiating placements with candidates and clients
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities with existing and potential clients

What you will need to bring:

  • Extensive knowledge of Oil and Gas industry project types both on and offshore
  • Full working knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships
  • Proven ability to react positively in high tempo situations
  • Able to work using own initiative or as part of a team
  • High degree of organisational skills and a proven ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills
