Aberdeen team and support the full spectrum of commercial operations across our global business.

About the Role

As a Tendering Specialist, you will play a key role in managing contracts, coordinating Request For Quotations (RFQs), supporting bid and tender processes, and overseeing agency engagements.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth commercial operations and contribute to Fulkrum’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support bid and tender preparation, including Table of Reference (TORs), summaries, and deliverables.
  • Assist junior team members, Commercial Analysts, with contract reviews and client onboarding.
  • Review contracts and communicate negotiation points with clients.
  • Lead RFQs, short-form proposals, and spec proposals, coordinating across departments.
  • Manage supplier registration, vendor qualification, and due diligence.
  • Prepare client rate cards and update project experience records.
  • Support Business Development events and maintain strong communication with clients.
  • Manage agency onboarding, contracting, and renewals.
  • Step in for the Commercial Lead when required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong time management and ability to work independently.
  • Able to meet deadlines and handle responsibility under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the energy industry (Oil & Gas, Renewables) is a plus.
