Fulkers Bailey Russell is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery on hybrid work from London, West Malling, or Brighton offices. You will drive cost plans, procurement, and contract administration from inception through completion, ensuring value, safety and client satisfaction across HE, Government, Healthcare and Blue Light projects.
Ideal candidates will be Chartered or equivalent, with strong leadership skills to mentor assistants and surveyors, and a proven track record.
