We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic and driven construction consultancy within our Residential and Compliance team.

As a Quantity Surveyor with us, you’ll be overseeing construction projects from outset to completion on all commercial and financial aspects of construction projects. The role involves working with the Project Team to allow projects to be delivered safely on time and to budget whilst ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Produce and manage cost plans, life cycle costing, cash flows and benchmarking using software such as Cost‑X and BIM
- Prepare tender documentation, bills of quantities, procurement reports and manage the full tender process including evaluations and reporting
- Obtain supplier quotations and maintain accurate cost databases and risk registers
- Lead post‑contract duties including valuations, cost reporting, change control, final
