Fulkers Bailey Russell is seeking a CDM Principal Designer to join our construction consultancy on a hybrid basis, working across residential and commercial projects. You will provide clients with comprehensive advice on health and safety and CDM, and establish a structured platform for design risk management from feasibility through to handover of the Health and Safety File.
You will plan, coordinate and manage pre-construction activities, review risk assessments, and support the design team.
