Franco Manca is seeking a People & Operations Co-ordinator in London (Soho) for a full-time role requiring a minimum of four days in the office with regular restaurant visits. You will support day-to-day admin, communication, and coordination across the People and Operations teams to keep our restaurants and support teams moving.
We’re looking for an organised, positive, and confident individual who can work across departments, manage records, and help with onboarding and meetings.
