Overview
Join the Honesty Family as a Coffee Shop Assistant (15 hours per week). We are a people‑first coffee shop built on honesty, authenticity and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Serve exceptional coffee and freshly baked goods prepared by hand.
- Engage customers with friendly chat and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with food preparation, temperature checks and uphold food‑safety standards.
- Support events, take phone orders and answer enquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, floors, toilets and indoor/outdoor areas.
- Perform stock duties: receive deliveries, rotate stock, display products and run fridge checks.
- Complete end‑of‑day tasks such as logging waste, cashing up and locking up.
- Use our systems (laptop, Slack, email) to stay informed.
