We are looking for a talented, proactive In-House Graphic Designer to join the Fulham Pier team and support the full portfolio of venues across the Pier, including Lighthouse Social, Brasserie Constance, Sael Spa, Orange Box and Fulham Pier. This is a hands‑on, creative role sitting at the heart of a fast‑paced hospitality and lifestyle environment. You will be responsible for producing high‑quality visual assets that support revenue‑driving activity, brand consistency, and guest experience – from menus and event collateral to digital campaigns and on‑site signage.
Working closely with Marketing, F&B, Events and Operations teams, you will help bring ideas to life quickly, clearly, and consistently across all touchpoints. Fulham Pier is a unique riverside destination bringing together hospitality, culture, wellness and community in one landmark location.

Areas Of Responsibility
Design & Creative Production:
- Design and deliver a wide range of digital and print assets, including but not limited to: Menus and menu updates, Event collateral and promotional materials, Digital screens, signage and in‑venue graphics, Social media assets and marketing campaigns
- Adapt designs across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency
- Manage multiple briefs simultaneously and deliver to tight deadlines
Brand & Visual Consistency
- Ensure each venue retains a clear visual identity while aligning with the wider Fulham Pier brands
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across different outlets
- Support new concepts, launches and seasonal campaigns with cohesive visual storytelling
Commercial & Operational Support
- Work closely with teams to support revenue‑generating initiatives (events, private hire, F&B activations)
- Respond quickly to operational needs such as menu changes, signage updates or last‑minute event assets
- Balance creativity with practicality, clarity and speed of execution
- Establish and own an efficient workflow that balances priorities and timelines across business units, ensuring clear communication throughout the process
- Liaise with Marketing, Events, F&B and Senior Management to align on priorities and implement a clear, structured briefing process for all design work.
- Manage feedback efficiently and iterate designs where required
- Organise and maintain a clear digital asset library for shared use across teams
Experience
- Proven experience as an in‑house or agency graphic designer.
Skills, knowledge & qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop After Effects) and Canva.
- Experience designing menus, event collateral or hospitality‑related materials is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of digital formats, social media assets and print production.
- Excellent attention to detail and layout.
- A confident, creative designer with a strong portfolio across digital and print.
- Highly organised, reliable, and comfortable working at pace.
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of how design supports revenue and guest experience.
- Comfortable taking briefs from multiple stakeholders and prioritising effectively.
