We are recruiting for a nanny to work three consecutive days a week with a family based in Parsons Green Fulham. This is a permanent live-out role. There is one little girl who will be just about a year old when the job starts in May. The hours needed are 8-6.

The family is looking for a nanny with a gentle approach who will help this little girl in her development. The rate of pay is £21 gross per hour. The right person will be fun and social, enjoying playdates and attending activities at the family club that they belong to. There is no need to drive, and travel is not required.

The family loves the Norland approach, but Norland training is not essential. You should, however, have strong recent experience and checkable references with this age range as a sole charge nanny. The family would like a kind, fun nanny who will feel like part of the family. You should be able to use your initiative and be proactive.

Usual nursery duties such as cooking and laundry for the child will be needed. The mother works at home and will be in and out, and the nanny should be comfortable with this; however, she will not interfere, and this is a sole charge role. The father works at home on Fridays.

As with all our jobs, you will need an enhanced (not basic) DBS police check that is on the update system or less than a year old, and first aid certification. You will need to be available in London in order to interview and trial with families in person. We can only consider candidates who have the right to work in the UK (share code) as we do not sponsor candidates and are unable to reply to these applicants.

All candidates need to be fully checked and reference-checked before being presented to clients - please be aware this will include ID checks, police checks, right to work in the UK, proof of address, as well as speaking with verbal referees.

How to apply: If you have read and met the above criteria and are not registered with us as yet but would like to apply, then please send only your CV directly to us in the first instance by email. Please do not include any other documents, references, or ID at this stage. The email address to send this to is info@fulhamnannies.co.uk
