Fulham Football Club is London’s oldest professional football club and is entering an exciting new era of growth across the wider Fulham Group. We are looking for an exceptional Head of HR to lead the people strategy and inspire the talented HR team. From Premier League matchdays to community programmes and the brand‑new Fulham Pier development, the Head of HR will directly influence the experience of everyone who contributes to the success both on and off the pitch.
The opportunity:
- As Head of HR for the Group, you will lead an ambitious and committed HR function of four, supporting their growth and ensuring the highest standards across all HR operations.
- You will be the trusted advisor for the Management Board across the Group and lead on all people related matters.
