Responsibilities
- Manage female football teams at partnership schools.
- Deliver high‑quality, team‑based training sessions throughout the week.
- Oversee fixtures for the teams across the season.
- Act as an ambassador for Fulham FC Foundation, representing the organisation professionally.
- Provide high‑quality, individualized feedback to support players’ development.
- Serve as a positive role model and motivational support for student athletes.
- Identify and support progression pathways for talented young people.
- Provide a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Adhere to safeguarding policies and report concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- At least a UEFA C License qualification (or completing by year end).
- Prior experience managing a female team.
- Experience delivering high‑quality training sessions to female footballers.
- Experience running a 9‑ or 11‑aside female team.
- Working as part of a coaching team.
- First Aid, Safeguarding, and DBS qualification.
- Driving licence and willingness to travel independently.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of women's football and player pathway opportunities.
Preferred
- Experience delivering sessions in a secondary school.
- Experience working with high‑performing footballers.
- Experience leading a local female grassroots team.
- Additional football qualifications such as Goalkeeping, S&C, or Fitness.
- UEFA B License or willingness to work toward it.
- Knowledge and links to local grassroots football teams.

Availability and Work Hours
Casual role with varying hours. Ideal availability: Monday‑Friday, 2 pm‑6 pm. Hours may change across the school term.
Salary
£16.50 p/h.
Additional Notes
Work may extend to other foundation programmes such as Player Development Centres and Girls Development Centres if desired. After 3 months of inactivity, work may no longer be offered. Closing date for applications: 30th June.
