Job Requirements
- FA Level 1 Coaching qualification, with up-to-date FA First Aid and Safeguarding certifications.
- IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills.
- Good knowledge of coaching standards and best practice.
- Clear and effective communication skills.

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality coaching and player development across both the Lewisham Advanced Centre and Motspur Park, ensuring every session meets the highest professional standards.
- Work collaboratively with the Head Coach, Pre-Academy Manager, and Recruitment Manager to create a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment for all young players.
- Provide effective support in the delivery and ongoing development of the club’s Pre-Academy programme at Motspur Park, contributing to its continued growth and success.
- Build strong working relationships with the wider academy team, promoting high standards, sharing best practice, and creating clear, supportive pathways for players transitioning between programmes.
- Attend and contribute to internal and external meetings as required, representing the programme with professionalism and purpose.
- Maintain a strong focus on safeguarding at all times—ensuring all participants are safely welcomed and dismissed, and that a secure, supportive environment is consistently upheld.
