The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.
Response stewards are expected to be involved in dealing with incidents within and outside the Stadium, including the licensed areas of the Stadium. This role will involve dealing with conflict, disorder and breaches of the ground regulations and will also include searching and ejecting spectators. This post is part of the match day team falling under Stadium Management and is responsible to the Response Manager.
Requirements:
- Managing capacities and behaviour through proactive observation of, and interaction with, spectators & guests.
- Assisting with queue management, ensuring good order in the allocated areas.
- Ensuring effective close of areas at specified time.
- Assist with ejections from the Stadium for breaches of the Ground Regulations.
- All positions play a vital role in the case of an emergency.
- Monitoring spectators, reporting unusual crowd dynamics, identifying and reporting any hazards and defects including suspect objects, keeping entrances, gangways and exits clear and observing and enforcing ground rules.
