The predicted salary is between 24000 - 28000 £ per year.
To be responsible and protect the Club's assets, security of the grounds, its contents & the safety of staff and visitors across all Fulham Football Club & Fulham Pier premises.
- To open and secure the premises at the correct times and in the correct manner.
- To be fully conversant with the intruder and fire alarm systems and to report any problems that may arise with these systems.
- To carry out regular & varied patrols of the grounds to deter theft, anti-social behaviour and to detect fire.
- To record all incidents and tasks undertaken during every shift. These entries will be made in the security Daily Occurrence Book.
- To report any matter having a bearing on the safety of the club and its staff and visitors.
- To inform the Security Manager of any incident that may involve dishonesty or when Company rules and regulations have been broken.
- To carry out investigations as directed by the Security Manager involving cash, stock and property of the club and the personal effects of the staff.
- To conduct bag and vehicle searches on staff and contractors as directed by the Security Manager.
- To keep the confidentiality of any matter concerning the club and Security department.
- To maintain a good working relationship with the staff and managers and encourage a high standard of Security.
- To maintain a smart appearance and to act in a courteous and professional manner when dealing with members of the public and staff.
- To issue keys from the security office and to record the issue and receiving of those keys in the appropriate register, reporting any missing keys or damaged locks.
- To record lost property in the lost property register and to update the register when required.
- To ensure that all visitors are recorded in the Visitors Register, for the purpose of maintaining accurate records.
- To be fully conversant with the operation of CCTV, Access Control and Two-way radio systems used by the Club.
- To be fully conversant with the Company rules and regulations, health and Safety at work and the Fire and Emergency procedures and ensure accurate logs of these are kept.
- To ensure accurate goods inwards records are kept.
- Other ad hoc duties as required by the business.
