Support the Head of Buying and Merchandising executing the retail strategy, with particular focus on maximising sales through range building with the Buyer, accurate record‑keeping, analysis, planning, stock exit strategy and the adequate availability of product across all categories in all retail channels (physical stores, shop.fulhamfc.com and wholesale).

Job Responsibilities
- Enhancing sales through detailed analysis and increasing department efficiency by optimising inventory
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, suppliers, manufacturers, and stores to ensure the proper execution of sales plans
- Collaborating with the Marketing team, creating and organising promotions and advertising campaigns, to enhance the customer journey and reduce inventory
- Work with the Store Manager to enhance store layouts and customer experience, as well as visual merchandising of the e‑commerce platforms
- Work with the Buyer to build relevant ranges across all product categories, including providing administrative support as required
- Develop a deep understanding of the Fulham FC Buying calendar, critical path and supplier quantity deadlines
- Maintain supplier relationships and support the buyer in price negotiations
- Prepare weekly and ad hoc reports as required for circulation to relevant departments
- Support the Head of Buying and Merchandising with range reviews to build future product ranges
- Responsible for ordering and monitoring all personalisation to ensure optimum stock levels as required throughout the season
- Analysing sales reports and actioning plans directed by the Head of Buying and Merchandising for best sellers, worst sellers, and negative stock levels
- Sales reporting by store space and linear for effective space utilisation, category performance, strategic planning and decision making as well as inventory optimisation
- Monitoring stock levels for online & stadium store, highlighting any imbalances and re‑order requirements to the Head of Buying and Merchandising
- Maintenance of the E‑commerce platform and back‑office stock management systems
- Responsible for tracking delivery of all stock and communicate any changes to Retail Team
- Liaise with the Warehouse Manager regarding any stock queries and necessary purchase order amendments
- Execute the stock movement strategy as directed by the Head of Buying and Merchandising and produce the delivery schedule for the Warehouse Manager
- Update the continuity line cards to ensure optimum stock levels for match days and conducts rebuys based on the stock requirements
- Forecast the WSSI reports, highlighting stock gaps to the Head of Buying and Merchandising and making suggestions to enhance sales and optimise stock levels
- Action re‑pricing and markdown changes
- Action the implementation of kit sponsors to the kit and training wear, liaising between the embellisher, Warehouse Manager and relevant departments
- Maintain the Match days report for completion by the store team
- Collate wholesale orders and work with the Warehouse Manager to fulfil in a timely manner
- Execute kit launches in line with the Strategy as directed by the Retail and Licensing Director
- Develop an understanding of the analytics for the online store
- Responsible for updating and circulating the Marketing calendar and providing suggestions for offers
- Monitor and chase the deadlines on the Marketing Calendar to ensure timely delivery of digital assets to support in‑store and online sales campaigns
