An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Analyst to join our IT team based at our training Ground at Motspur Park. The position purpose is to provide 1st/2nd line technical and operational support for all IT hardware and services throughout Fulham Football Club, supporting users both remotely and on site.
Requirements
- Windows 10/11, MacOS
- MS Office 365 Suite
- Installation/Configuration/Troubleshooting of PC/Laptop/Mac hardware/software
- Basic Active Directory account administration
- Understanding of Backup Technologies
- Mobile devices, iOS, Android
- Working in a high-pressure environment including supporting VIPs
- Experience working On Call and out of hours
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in understanding VLAN’s and Network topologies
- Experience in JAMF and/or Intune
- Experience with Oracle or other POS related software
Candidates should have the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, aiding where necessary. It is essential that candidates are proactive, punctual/flexible, and eager to learn and improve.
