The Academy Scout (Local Recruitment) plays a vital role in identifying and monitoring talented young players within the local area, whether from grassroots clubs or other academies. Working as part of the local Academy scouting team, you will be responsible for producing detailed player reports, sharing insights with Academy staff, and contributing to a comprehensive understanding of the player landscape within your assigned region.
We have a particular interest in recruiting scouts with strong networks and knowledge within the following areas:
- Grassroots: South London, West London
- Professional Academies: East London, North London
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and network within your designated local area.
- Previous experience scouting for another Academy (Category 1, 2, or 3).
- FA Talent ID Level 1 qualification.
- FA Safeguarding certification.
