About the role
We’re hiring a Senior Designer to play a foundational role in how our brand, website, and marketing perform as well as having a pivotal influence on the Product experience we are building. This is not a purely visual role. Design is a core growth lever for us, sits at the heart of the user experience and is a key part of our competitive advantage. This is a hybrid role to initially support the rebuild of our website on WordPress, scaling SEO and content-led growth and will evolve into building out the core Product experience from all users’ perspectives. You’ll work closely with both our Marketing and Product & Tech teams. We need a Designer who understands conversion, UX, structure and experience – not just aesthetics.
What you’ll own
- Website and landing page design (conversion-focused, SEO-aware)
- UI / UX across marketing surfaces and the core Product user journeys
- Templates for SEO pages, comparison pages, research content, and landing pages
- Brand execution across web, content, advertising, and presentations
- Paid advertising creative foundations (working with PPC)
- Presentation and sales collateral design where clarity and credibility matter
- Improving conversion through layout, hierarchy, and usability
- Ensuring consistency and quality across all marketing outputs
What this role is not
- A pure brand or logo-only role
- An agency-style ‘deliver the brief’ position
- A role focused on novelty or visual trends over outcomes
- A position measured by awards or aesthetics alone
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS apps, marketplaces and content-heavy digital products
- Proficient in Graphic Design, Visual Design, and User Interface (UI) design
- Strong understanding of conversion-led design and UX principles
- Experience collaborating both Marketing and Product teams
- Someone with a pragmatic approach to design in a startup environment
- Comfort designing long-form, SEO-led pages that educate and convert
- Ability to think in systems, components, and templates
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Able to explain design decisions clearly and pragmatically backed by data and insight
How success will be measured
- A clear, reusable design system implemented across the products
- High-quality WordPress templates used consistently
- Improved engagement and conversion on key pages on the site and throughout the core Product
- Faster marketing iteration with less friction
- Content, ads, and presentations that feel materially more credible and coherent
Design has real influence here. You’ll work closely with founders, have ownership over key decisions, and help shape the foundation of a category-defining company. We’re well-funded, ambitious, and serious about building something that lasts.
