The Role: We are looking for a Partnership & Customer Success Manager to strengthen relationships with both our e-commerce brand clients and our network of 3PL partners. This role is pivotal in ensuring successful brand-to-3PL introductions, while also leading the growth of our partnership scheme through the acquisition and onboarding of new fulfilment partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-introduction follow-ups with e-commerce brands to ensure smooth communication with 3PL providers.
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and resources to brands throughout their selection journey.
- Write and send professional, personalised introduction emails between brands and 3PL providers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
- Monitor and report on lead engagement quality for internal tracking.
- Drive the growth of our partnership scheme by identifying, approaching, and onboarding new 3PL providers.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with existing 3PL partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Work closely with our Sales and Key Account teams to align partner development with brand needs.
What we are looking for
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable taking ownership.
