We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our fast-growing eCommerce and fulfilment marketplace. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is confident on the phone, commercially curious, and motivated by results. You’ll be speaking with eCommerce brands that have already registered interest in our platform and helping them take the next step by booking a consultation with one of our fulfilment experts.
The role
Your primary responsibility is to re-engage inbound leads and book qualified calls. You are not expected to sell or close deals. Your focus is on high-quality conversations, clear qualification, and setting up successful consultations.
What you’ll be doing
- Calling and re-engaging eCommerce brands that have previously registered interest
- Understanding their fulfilment setup, challenges, and goals
- Qualifying leads against clear criteria
- Booking consultations with senior fulfilment consultants
- Updating notes and outcomes accurately in the CRM
- Feeding insights back to the wider team on objections, trends, and common questions
What success looks like
- Consistent volume of qualified, attended calls booked
- High show rates and strong call quality
- Clear, structured qualification notes for consultants
- Professional, consultative conversations that reflect our brand
What we’re looking for
- 0–2 years experience in sales, business development, customer success, or a similar role
- Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Organised, reliable, and coachable
- Interest in eCommerce, logistics, or marketplaces is a plus
