We are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to lead and scale our revenue function as we build a category-defining marketplace and platform in the ecommerce and fulfilment space. This is a senior leadership role for someone who has built and scaled revenue engines before and is motivated by the challenge of taking a business to £100m in revenue.
The Role
- As Chief Revenue Officer, you will have ownership of sales and revenue execution across both sides of our marketplace.
- Own all sales activity across ecommerce brands and fulfilment partners.
- Define and execute sales strategies for a two-sided marketplace.
- Build, train, and manage high-performing sales teams.
- Develop sales playbooks, processes, forecasting, and performance management.
- Personally lead and close strategic, high-value deals when required.
- Establish a scalable, repeatable revenue engine capable of supporting growth to £100m.
- Act as a senior leader within the business, shaping commercial strategy and execution.

About You
You are a commercially driven leader with deep experience selling into ecommerce and related ecosystems. Ideally, you will have:
- Proven experience selling to ecommerce brands, founders, or senior operators.
- Experience selling B2B services, platforms, or marketplaces.
- A track record of building, training, and managing sales teams.
- Experience operating within two-sided marketplaces or complex sales environments.
- Strong deal-closing ability combined with strategic leadership.
- A hands-on, execution-focused approach. Previous CRO experience is welcome but not essential.
