About the Role
This company is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented eCommerce Operations Executive to support the Managing Director and act as a key link between clients and the internal development team. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects moving, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks, and working across both operational and client-facing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the MD with day-to-day operational and project coordination tasks
- Manage and track projects using Asana, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
- Liaise with internal developers to brief tasks, follow up on progress, and ensure quality delivery
- Assist with the ongoing management & updates of Shopify and WordPress websites
- Communicate with clients when needed — providing updates, gathering requirements, and ensuring a smooth experience
- Handle administrative tasks including documentation, reporting, and data management
- Use tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support reporting and internal processes
- Help improve internal workflows and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with Shopify and/or WordPress
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Comfortable working with project management tools (experience with Asana is a bonus)
- Strong communication skills — both internally and client-facing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- A proactive, “get things done” mindset
- Able to work on your own initiative & deliver tasks in a timely manner
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a digital agency or eCommerce environment
- Basic understanding of web development processes
- Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders
Working Setup
Remote-first role with flexibility. Once a month in-person meet-ups in London or Stevenage. Open to both full-time and part-time candidates - for part time candidates this must be across Mon-Fri on part time hours.
