Role Purpose: Build, develop and manage commercial and marketing partnerships that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and incremental revenue. This role will own the influencer programme, brand ambassador strategy, supplier co-funding relationships and co-marketing campaigns across all three brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Supplier & Commercial Partnerships: Identify, negotiate and manage strategic supplier partnerships; secure co-funding contributions and joint marketing budgets from key suppliers; develop co-marketing campaigns with supplier partners; build and maintain strong long-term relationships with supplier contacts.
- Influencer Marketing: Develop and own the influencer strategy across all three brands; identify, brief and manage influencer relationships at micro, mid and macro tier; negotiate influencer fees and contracts; track influencer campaign performance and ROI.
- Brand Ambassador Programme: Launch and manage a brand ambassador programme across key markets; recruit, onboard and manage brand ambassadors; create ambassador toolkits, content briefs and community initiatives; measure ambassador impact on brand awareness and acquisition.
- Co-Marketing & Affiliate: Identify co-marketing opportunities with complementary brands; manage any affiliate or referral marketing programmes; collaborate with the Marketing Ops team on partner-facing materials; report on partnership performance monthly to the leadership team.
Skills Required:
- ~3+ years in a partnerships, influencer or trade marketing role.
- ~Demonstrable experience building and managing influencer relationships.
- ~Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- ~Experience securing co-funding or joint marketing agreements with suppliers.
- ~Confident, persuasive communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- ~Experience in consumer, retail or lifestyle brands preferred.
- ~Proficient in influencer management platforms and partnership tracking tools.
