Agency Partnerships Manager

Salary – Up to £80,000 + bonuses

Location – Remote (UK Based), must be able to travel to major cities

Fulfilled Talent are partnering exclusively with a growing eCommerce Tech Partner who are looking to scale their operations in the UK & EMEA.

We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager with a strong agency network and a proven track record in business development or partnership sales to help scale our growth.

The Role

As Partnerships Manager (Agency Focus), you’ll be responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with eCommerce and digital marketing agencies across the UK and Europe.

Your goal: to create high-impact partnerships that drive new merchant acquisition and revenue growth for the tech partner.

You’ll work closely with the companies leadership, sales, and marketing teams to identify new opportunities, build commercial frameworks, and hit ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard new agency partners that can drive referrals and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders across digital, performance, and eCommerce agencies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute go‑to‑market strategies that support agency‑driven sales growth.
  • Educate partners on our value proposition, products, and commercial models.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, commission structures, and joint business plans.
  • Represent at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

About You

  • 5‑8 years’ experience in partnerships, business development, or sales within the eCommerce, SaaS, or digital marketing space.
  • Have a strong network of eCommerce agencies who you can onboard.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue/partnership targets.
  • Strong network within eCommerce or digital marketing agencies is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Passion for eCommerce, technology, and driving measurable impact.
