- Role Purpose
Bring the companies UK brands to life in the physical and digital spaces where customers and franchisees experience them - owning the production of brand assets, showroom environments, franchisee toolkits and promotional materials across their brands.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, design and operations.
It requires someone who can think creatively and execute practically - building the systems, templates and assets that enable a small team to punch well above its weight.
From their showroom fit-out to a franchisee Canva template, from a seasonal lookbook to a branded merchandise ordering platform, this role makes the brand tangible.
Key Responsibilities
- Showroom Brand Experience
- Own the brand experience across all centrally managed showrooms.
- Manage the physical brand environment in centrally managed showrooms β signage, in-store materials, displays and all branded touchpoints
- Lead the marketing requirements for new showroom openings β from pre-launch through to ongoing brand standards
- Contribute to the showroom opening playbook, ensuring every launch is consistent and on-brand
- Work closely with the Head of Brand Marketing on showroom brand direction and retail experience development
- Franchisee Toolkit & Asset Creation
- Create the brand toolkit templates β Canva assets, digital POS, business cards, point-of-sale graphics and all franchisee-facing collateral
- Build assets that franchisees can self-serve and adapt within brand guidelines, without needing central support for every request
- Maintain version control across the full asset library β retiring outdated materials as new ones are issued
- Work with the Franchisee Support Lead, who facilitates adoption and distribution across the network
- Branded Merchandise & Ordering Systems
- Build and manage the system through which franchisees order branded merchandise β removing agency intermediaries and enabling self-serve
- Source and manage direct relationships with print, merchandise and production suppliers β no agency routing
- Raise purchase orders for all showroom, print and merchandise spend.
- Promotional Materials & Lookbooks
- Create all promotional materials required across brands β seasonal campaigns, product launches, events and showroom activations
- Own the production of brand lookbooks β planned, designed and delivered to agreed timelines
- Ensure all promotional output is consistent with brand guidelines and campaign briefs from the Head of Brand Marketing
- Graphic Design
- Produce design assets across digital and print β social templates, email graphics, event materials, showroom displays
- Brief and manage freelance designers for overflow or specialist work, within the budget agreed with the Head of Brand Marketing
- Ensure all design output meets brand standards
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience in a brand production, creative operations or in-house design role
- Strong working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent)
- Experience managing print, merchandise and supplier relationships directly
- Ability to build scalable template systems that non-designers can use confidently
- Experience supporting retail or showroom environments β visual merchandising or in-store brand management a strong plus
- Highly organised β able to manage multiple projects, suppliers and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong eye for detail and brand consistency
- Comfortable with AI tools for design, image generation and creative workflow
