A family-run British fashion label with a heritage dating back to 1913. This company specializes in occasion wear, including dresses for weddings, evening events, parties, and mother-of-the-bride outfits.

Own and lead the end-to-end e-commerce function, from digital sales strategy through to execution (CRM, performance marketing, and technology). Manage day-to-day trading, including web merchandising, product launches, and content updates. Maintain best-in-class UX and service excellence across site, customer service, and online feedback. Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management. Act as the primary point of contact for all e-commerce activity, including integrations and warehouse coordination. Own and maintain the e-commerce calendar, aligning seasonal drops, promotions, and campaigns across channels.

Manage and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google, Microsoft and Meta Ads, optimising for ROAS and revenue growth. Own the SEO strategy, including on-page optimisation, keyword targeting, technical SEO improvements and content to drive organic traffic growth. Drive innovative, performance-led approaches to grow e-commerce revenue. Stay informed on emerging technologies (including AI) and recommend innovations to enhance performance.

Proven experience in an ecommerce management or trading role, ideally on Shopify. Experience working with PPC and SEO and a good understanding of paid digital channels. Proficient in Adobe platforms, especially Photoshop and InDesign, for editing visual content. Hands-on experience running and optimising paid advertising campaigns across Google, Microsoft and Meta Ads. Solid understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page optimisation, keyword research and technical SEO.
