About the Role
We’re looking to add multiple driven and commercially minded SDR's to join a growing team. You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects for the sales team. This is an ideal role for someone with early SaaS sales experience who wants to develop into a closing role in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and engage outbound leads via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities and book meetings for Account Executives
- Research target accounts and personalise outreach strategies
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality prospects
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimise messaging and campaigns
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in an SDR/BDR role (ideally within B2B SaaS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections
- Highly organised with good time management
- Resilient, coachable, and target-driven
- Experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus
- Interest in eCommerce, SaaS, or MarTech is beneficial but not essential
